In this Project, faults created during casting (circular disk) manufacture in Jaipur’s small-scale industry are picked and eliminated utilizing DMAIC Six sigma and DOE optimization. Small-scale industries lack competent engineers, causing casting flaws. Six Sigma helps control casting flaws by employing cause-and-effect diagrams, matrices, project charters, maps, and failure parameters. The experiment measures input factors and resultant product flaws. This study demonstrated that time constraints during cavity filling and molten material temperature increase casting flaws and lower product quality. In the control phase, the current production process is compared with the new process using DMAIC approach to exhibit casting production quality improvement. KPIV and KPOV assist detect input-to-casting fault relationships.
